Principal Responsibilities:
1.Complete work related to annual target setting.
2.Perform HSE-S duties in accordance with the HSE-S Responsibility Commitment Letter.
3.Process parts per drawings and process flow cards.
4.Operate CNC lathes independently to machine workpieces made of plastic, carbon steel, high-speed steel, titanium and other similar materials.
5.Manage and maintain machine tools, tools and equipment within the assigned area.
6.Abide by workplace regulations and safety rules, comply with quality standards and policies, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.
7.Implement 5S management on production sites and in the workshop.
8.Participate in the formulation and revision of safety operating procedures.
9.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
Required Skills:
1.Technical secondary school education or above.
2.Major in CNC or related fields, with no less than 2 years of working experience in CNC lathe operation.
3.Familiar with the operation of lathes and milling machines. Fluent in Mandarin.
4.Proficient in basic computer operations.
5.Willing to work shifts.
