You will report to the Asia Sales Manager-HBK Audio.
Work Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:

Daily PO maintenance and order handling;

Assisting with Sales on quotation preparing and related documentation;

Cooperating with Global Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager to process the PO and demand communication;

Coordinating with Sales on after sales activities, like calibration, repairing, warranty, etc;

Maintaining the Key Account sourcing and purchasing contact relationship and PO following;

Operating the HBK system, like Exiger, SAP, Salesforce, etc;
-
Consolidating the PO and opportunities information and monthly sharing with HQ.

Coordinating Sales contracts for PO’s with customers

Coordinating End user statements for PO’s with customers
-
Delivering information for import handling for Key Account’s CMs (and other customers) in China
-
Acquiring Proof of Delivery notices on shipments to Key Account CMs, as required.

Supporting request for information on logistics for Chinese HBK Audio customers
Native Mandarin and fluent English both for oral and writing;
Strong sales and/or customer service background, more than 10 years experience;
Proficient in using office related software;
Priority with relevant industry backgrounds / high tech products
