Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability of production process and yield
- New product’ process development
- Finish special technology projects and key work
- Implementation and management of process standardization
Qualification & Requirements
- College graduation with bachelor's degree or above
- Major in Physics, Optics or related Science and Engineering
- One or more years’ experience of optical coating/thin film deposition process.
- Experience and knowledge of high vacuum systems, Evaporation/ IAD /IBS /Magnetron Sputtering technology, Crystal and Optical control for film thickness
- Be skilled in at least one of film design software(Tfcalc/Macleod/Optilayer)
