职位概述：
作为应付账款团队的一员，实习生将直接参与公司应付账款周期的日常操作。本职位专注于确保发票处理的准确性、及时性和合规性。理想的候选人应注重细节，具备良好的学习能力，并对财务流程有浓厚的兴趣。
主要工作职责：
1. 供应商发票处理与管理：
· 高效、准确地核对、录入和处理供应商发票（包括纸质和电子发票）。
· 将发票与采购订单、收货记录进行三单匹配，确保无误后安排付款。
· 跟踪和处理有疑问或差异的发票，与采购部门或供应商进行及时沟通。
· 协助维护发票档案（电子与纸质），确保资料完整、有序，便于审计。
· 协助准备周期付款清单。
· 在指导下，协助完成月末应付账款相关的结算工作。
· 协助准备应付账款账龄分析表及其他基础财务报告。
· 参与应付账款科目的对账工作。
2. 统计数据的填写及提交
· 按规定时间和要求提交统计月报
· 支持协助临时性统计下户调查、财务资料提交（如有）
任职要求：
- 在校大学生，本科、研究生均可，主修会计、财务、商务管理或相关领域。
- 对会计基本原理有理解，对应付账款或财务操作有浓厚兴趣。
- 注重细节，责任心强，能高效、准确地处理大量数据和文书工作。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office套件，尤其是Excel（如数据录入、筛选、基础公式）。
- 积极主动的学习态度，良好的团队合作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
