1、Oversee the full lifecycle of the company's HR digital products, ensuring the development of efficient, intelligent, and employee-centric HR systems.
2、Gain a deep understanding of HR business processes and industry trends to formulate both long-term and short-term.
3、Analyze and abstract business requirements, streamline workflows, and deliver effective product solutions.
4、Collaborate closely with designer, developer, and other internal and external product and R&D teams to ensure timely product delivery and maintain high project quality standards.
5、Identify product issues and core user pain points through user feedback and operational data, driving continuous product iteration and enhancement.
