Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute media strategies tailored based on business

Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel media campaigns to drive awareness and talkability

Lead media planning and guide counterpart operation, including budget allocation, publisher mix, and performance tracking

Own and grow brand presence on Douyin (DY) and Xiaohongshu (RED) through media co-op

Collaborate with brand, comms, and IT teams to deliver high-performing campaigns

Analyze campaign data and user behavior to continuously optimize performance
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or ABM-related roles

Proven experience in media planning and campaign management across digital channels

Hands-on experience with Douyin (DY) and Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing, including content strategy and platform mechanics

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in social marketing or paid media optimization

Familiarity with Yuntu/Lingxi/Juguang/Huahuo

Experience working with Chinese digital ecosystems and platforms
