Responsibilities:
- Work on month-end closing and rolling forecast including P&L and balance sheet
- Track, report and analyze actual result and the variances vs. forecast, budget, Year over Year, and/or prior period
- Identify opportunities and risks in rolling forecast and budget, follow up with operation team on countermeasures
- Act as key player in annual budget and budget restatement
- Calculate, track and analyze key operation KPIs
- Track and report inventory and Capex
- Support other departments including operation, supply chain, engineering to improve financial performance
- Ad hoc jobs assigned
Requirement:
- University degree, major in Accounting/Finance
- Excellent English both written and spoken
- Experience in manufacturing industry and hands-on experience with SAP preferred
- Fresh graduate acceptable
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Good business acumen
- Be able to meet deadline and work under big pressure, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills and good teamwork
- Self-driven, willing to challenge and improve status quo
- Fast learner
