岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
Lead industrial design development for smartphone and related consumer electronic products across different form factors.
Drive design innovation from concept generation to final production, ensuring high-quality execution.
Contribute to and evolve design language systems, including form, proportion, CMF, and detail design.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including CMF, UX/UI, User Research, R&D, Product Management, Branding Design and Marketing.
Translate user insights, technology trends, and brand strategy into compelling design solutions.
Balance aesthetic vision with technical feasibility, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Support and influence design decision-making through clear storytelling, sketches, 3D models, and presentations.
Participate in design vision projects to explore future product directions and innovation opportunities.
岗位要求/Job Requirements：
5+ years of professional industrial design experience, preferably in smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovation capability, design thinking, and execution quality.
Proven experience delivering products from concept to mass production.
Excellent skills in 2D sketching, 3D modeling (Creo / Rhino / Alias), 3D Rendering (Keyshot) and other visualization tools.
Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and CMF design.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
Experience working in cross-functional and global teams is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills, international work experience is preferred.
