What You Will Do:
1. 食品安全与卫生管理：负责客户门店基础食品安全及清洁卫生的现场审核；组织超市员工使用培训及产品演示；深入挖掘客户需求，提供针对性解决方案，持续提升客户满意度。
2. 设备运维与库存支持：统筹新门店设备的安装调试；执行设备的日常预防性维护保养；及时响应门店紧急维修需求；协助做好备件库存管理，并合理推荐订单。
3. 销售协同与订单跟进：配合公司及集团层面的各类促销活动，持续跟进所负责门店的订单执行情况，推动销售目标达成。
4. 客户关系与异常处理：协同销售团队落实各客户的特殊服务要求，及时反馈并协调处理门店异常情况，确保服务闭环。
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 学历要求：大学专科及以上学历。
2. 经验优先：具有1-2年商超质量管理、食品安全或相关行业经验者优先。
3. 能力素质：
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通表达技巧；
- 有高度的责任心，能够独立分析和解决问题；
- 工作细致、耐心，具备较强的服务意识和抗压能力；
- 能适应现场工作，有吃苦耐劳精神。
