岗位职责:
a) 办公用品管理 :负责对办公用品签领,登记及盘点
b) 流程管理 :严格执行甲方客户对各流程服务标准及工作机制的要求
c) 工单服务流程规范 :跟进客户要求,及时的完成各条服务线工单派发,并跟进工单完成情况,完成记录
d) 门禁服务流程规范 :需要对所有门禁卡制作及发放、门禁卡权限开启及门禁卡权限关闭及时进行处理
e) 电话接听服务流程 :按照电话接听服务标准及工作机制的要求,完成电话的接听和记录
f) 礼品领用流程:按照礼品领用流程,及时的完成发放,并完成记录;
g) 报告输出:按时完成行政相关的所有报告,如有延迟提交或缺失的:
h) 执行力:任务在规定时间内按时按质完成,达到预期。经理:任务在规定时间内按时按质完成,达到预期。经理//客户需求及时解决不推诿客户需求及时解决不推诿;;
i) 行为规范行为规范:严格按照客户方要求遵守考勤制度和行为规范,如需要外出或请假,需提前5个工作个工作日告知上级经理,批准后方可执行日告知上级经理,批准后方可执行;
j) 工作态度:工作状态稳定、态度积极,无个人情绪,团队协作;
k) 客户投诉:注重客户满意度,工作无投诉产生;
l) 客户响应:针对经理/客户临时需求和突发状况,能够及时响应并妥善处理客户临时需求和突发状况;
m) 学习能力:善于积极思考业务提升和改进方式,提出合理化建议。
任职要求:
a) 教育背景:大专或以上学历:大专或以上学历
b) 工作经验:2年以上行政管理或助理工作经验
c) 专业技能:基础行政管理知识;基本的档案管理知识;良好的服务及沟通能力;
d) 通用技能:协调能力、强执行力、持续学习能力、较强的分析、强执行力、持续学习能力、较强的分析总结总结能力、熟练的电脑办公软件操作能力
