**Job Responsibilities**
1. Continuously enhance knowledge of company products, industry practices, and foreign trade sales strategies.
2. Proactively identify and engage new customers through online platforms such as Google and social media.
3. Regularly communicate with clients via phone, email, and instant messaging to monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, provide actionable solutions, and collect product feedback to support sales performance.
4. Closely monitor customer purchasing plans and supply chain dynamics to ensure accurate product positioning and timely market intelligence reporting.
5. Maintain strong customer relationships through detailed record-keeping and continuous improvement of customer service protocols.
6. Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding product performance and assist in resolving sales-related issues.
**Job Requirements**
1. Native or near-native proficiency in Russian//Spanish/Arabic, with fluency in English. Bilingual capabilities provide access to nicher market opportunities.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in the foreign trade of industrial products is preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently, learn proactively, and continuously refine work methods and operational processes.
4. Prior experience in managing large-scale projects and key account relationships is advantageous.
