- Lead a team to meet global freight goals including freight per sales, freight invoice data quality, process efficiency and productivity projects in a global organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders proactively. Understand their business requirements and focus. Define the plan and action to further support key stakeholders’ requirements.

Requirements for a typical Job Holder / Applicant (not the actual incumbent at TE)
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 10 years’ relevant experience in freight management, supply chain cost management. People management experience is must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in global organization
- Excellent English communication skill
- SAP and freight analysis experience preferred.
