Responsible for WGQ site's general office management, administrative cost control within budget, public affairs management and soft service management to support site operations and business development.
- General Office & Facility Management:
- Oversee site general office services and facility operations, including housekeeping, security, canteen, shuttle bus, office consumables, reception, company filing, express services, and access management.

Administrative Cost & Contractor Management:
- Monitor and control site administrative costs to ensure adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team on admin contractor contract renewal, review, and termination, including service level and cost oversight.
- Manage admin contractors through KPI evaluation to ensure service quality.

Public Affairs & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Support the Site Manager in managing public affairs for the WGQ site.
- Coordinate administrative functions with internal departments and external organizations.

Visiting reception and Activity organization:
- Be responsible for arranging the visitor reception to provide excellent visiting experience.
- Lead the internal event and activity like annual diner, ceremony organization and execution.

Team Management & Work Coordination:
- Lead, supervise, and develop the team; assign work areas clearly and conduct regular performance evaluations.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in site administration, public affairs, or facility management.

Strong cost control, contract management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good communication in both English and Chinese.

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

Able to work under pressure and highly determined to succeed.

Bachelor’s degree or above.
