This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Project Lead Engineer
工作职责:
1、负责工业电子类机器人系统集成的调试和技术管理工作;
2、安排和管理工业电子类机器人调试工程师的具体工作,审核配置和程序;
3、组织工业电子类机器人调试工程师团队系统集成的相关培训(含ABB机器人功能包及OSS培训),提升团队技术能力;
4、负责机器人程序的规范化工作和工作流程规范化工作,确保多现场的程序版本及关键参数保持一致;
5、负责带领团队完成客户现场的调试及验收;
6、协助部门经理完成其他相关工作;
岗位要求:
1、5年以上在汽车工业自动化生产线集成项目应用经验,具备丰富的机器人调试经验;
2熟悉国际和国内各大主机厂(如宝马、奔驰、奥迪等)的机器人标准(含功能包和程序)。
3、精通ABB工业机器人配置、在线/离线编程、机器人仿真(Robotstudio仿真和PDPS仿真),熟悉ABB工业机器人;
4、英语流利,能够作为工作语言进行技术交流和文档编写.
5、2年以上技术团队管理经验,良好的团队组织和沟通协调能力;
6、工作积极主动,踏实认真,能够承受工作压力, 适应出差和加班;
7、高度的责任心、自我管理能力、问题解决能力,愿意承担责任,良好的团队合作精神;
8、本科或以上学历,机电/电气自动化/控制类等相关专业。
