Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of shoe product development.
- Check, influence, and confirm product specifications and material selections to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate development records and documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including USA-based R&D and factories.
- Work with headquarter office production teams and technicians on daily work basis about project development details.
- Foster a collaborative team environment built on trust, respect, and open communication.
Main Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in shoe development, with a focus on soccer footwear.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent project tracking abilities.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Positive personality, willing to learn, adaptable, and team-oriented.
