Sales Engineer (Shanghai)
工作职责 / Job Description:
- Achieve assigned sales targets, conduct regional marketing, develop new customers and launch new products.
- Manage expenses within budget, optimize cost, time and administrative resources.
- Conduct project management, update CRM system, and coordinate collaboration among offices.
- Submit regular business updates and progress reports to management.
- Maintain corporate image and assist the commercial team with payment follow-up.
- 完成公司销售指标，开展区域市场推广，开发新客户、推广新产品。
- 严控各项业务开支，遵守预算要求，统筹成本、时间及管理资源。
- 统筹销售管理，常态化更新CRM系统，推进各分支机构协同协作。
- 及时梳理业务动态，定期向管理层同步工作进展。
- 维护优化公司品牌形象，配合商务部门落实账款催收工作。
任职要求 /Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in oil, petrochemical and chemical industries; over 3 years key project sales experience, with sales management and product management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automation, instrumentation or related disciplines, with combined technical and sales background.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and product presentation skills; stress-resistant, execution-driven and pioneering to face business challenges.
- Positive, trustworthy, loyal, reliable and flexible, capable of adapting to international business environment.
- Have basic English reading and writing capabilities.
- 5年以上销售工作经验，石化、化工、炼油行业从业者优先；具备3年以上大型项目销售经验，拥有销售管理、产品管理相关工作履历。
- 本科及以上学历，自动化、仪表及相关工科专业，兼备技术、销售双重从业背景。
- 具备团队协作意识，沟通表达、产品宣讲能力突出；抗压能力强，执行力、市场开拓能力优异，勇于接受工作挑战。
- 性格积极正向，为人诚信忠诚、处事灵活，环境适配能力强，适配国际化办公环境。
- 具备基础英文读写能力，可适配涉外业务工作。
