The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all business operations, sales, and marketing activities within the designated country/region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, managing a local team, key accounts, and ensuring the company’s brand presence is strong and effective.
You need to be extremely resourceful, sales minded, and well networked in the Consumer Electronics retail space, both online and offline.

Responsibilities 岗位职责: -
1. Sales Strategy: Create and execute a wholistic and integrated sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives including online sales.
销售策略:制定并落实全面、一体化的销售战略,涵盖线上销售业务,确保销售活动与公司的整体目标及发展规划相一致。
2. Sales Management: Be responsible to drive revenue growth and market share growth of our products in the China market
销售管理:负责推动公司产品在中国市场的销售业绩增长,并持续扩大市场份额。
3. Sales Achievement: Responsible for annual revenue and variable margin budget and achievements for product in China market, deliveries of monthly result and sales forecast.
销售业绩管理:负责中国市场产品的年度销售收入及可变利润预算的制定与达成,确保完成月度销售业绩目标,并提供准确的销售预测。
4. Sales Forecasting: Prepare regular sales forecasts: monthly, quarterly, and annual. Ensure accuracy in forecasting and budgeting
销售预测:负责制定月度、季度及年度销售预测,并确保预测数据与预算规划的准确性,为业务决策提供支持。
5. Distributor management: Develop and manage distribution partners where needed; Develop and manage key national accounts
经销商管理:负责开发、管理及优化分销合作伙伴网络;同时开发、维护并深化与全国重点客户的合作关系,以推动业务持续增长。
6. Market Analysis: Deep understanding of market trends, current and future needs of customers, and customer pain points. Continually provide updates on marketing strategy and provide input on product development requirements.
市场分析:深入研究市场发展趋势、客户现有及未来需求,以及客户面临的关键痛点;持续提供市场战略分析与建议,并为产品开发方向及需求规划提供支持与专业意见。
7. Brand Management: Ensure brand messaging and positioning is consistently in line with our brand guidelines and directions. Also ensure that our customers are in line as well.

8. Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events, product launches, trade show participation and press conferences to promote products and engage with customers and stakeholders.
活动管理:负责策划、组织及统筹公司各类市场活动,包括产品发布会、行业展会及新闻发布会,通过有效的活动执行提升品牌影响力,推广产品,并加强与客户及利益相关者的关系建设。
9. Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
合规管理:负责确保各项业务运营活动严格遵守当地法律法规、行业规范及公司内部政策。
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure customers are supported with the necessary product marketing material. Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products

11. Reporting: Provide regular weekly reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management
报告管理:负责定期向高级管理层提交周度业务报告,全面汇报业务运营表现、市场动态、竞争环境及战略项目执行进展,为管理层决策提供支持。
Requirements / 任职要求: -
- Country sales experience for an international brand. 具备国际品牌全国范围的销售经验
- Held a managerial sales position in either account management (i.e. Principle side) or Brand management (i.e. distributor side). 曾担任销售管理类职位,具备客户管理(品牌方/甲方)或品牌管理(经销商/渠道方)相关经验。
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. 拥有持续达成并超越销售目标的成功业绩记录
- Experience in leading a sales team. 拥有领导销售团队的经验
- Experience in omnichannel sales management. 具备全渠道销售管理经验
- Track record in strategizing, planning and executing a successful sales campaign. 拥有成功制定战略、规划并执行销售活动的良好业绩记录
- Well versed in sales trends in China and able to keep up and execute on latest suitable trends to achieve sales. 熟悉中国销售市场趋势,能够紧跟并有效运用最新适合的趋势以实现销售目标
- Expert in managing online sales activities. 具备线上销售活动的专业管理经验
