About the Role:
- Strong communication skills
- Source and interview top talent
- Running end-to-end recruitment cycles
- Support global clients with hiring needs
- Build lasting client relationships
- Drive business development and talent solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Inter-ship & 1–3 years of experience in Headhunter/HR recruiting or B2B sales
- Fluent in English, Korean, or Mandarin
- Communicative, strategic, and performance-driven
- MBA a plus, but not required
