If you’re good at sourcing strategy and strong in stakeholder management and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent through market research, talent mapping, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach and screening to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and recruitment strategy.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, track sourcing activity, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and systems.
- Prior recruiting experience within the banking industry is required, preferably across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Private Banking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
