PRIMARY PURPOSE:
1. E2E process design for MP product
2. Focus on COPQ and POEE to continue improvement
3. Support to resolve product issue for NPI product (analysis and improve proposal)
4. Internal process audit and quality issue handling
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Define full busbar MP process flow and parameter with document control, such as flowchart, PFMEA, Control plan, WI...
2. Use quality tools to solve the technical and quality problem, such as 5why, fishbone diagram, process mapping,8D....
3. Handle Ramp up/RTM for NPI MP project.
4. Lead production line troubleshooting in daily work to reach quality, cost, and delivery targets.
5. DFM/DMF create for cost saving or quality improvement
6. Learn and share PBM® culture and level up self-capabilities to create maximize long term value
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduated. Major in Mechanical, Automation, or Materials Engineering
5+ years busbar or process development
Strong skill for process design
Soft skill needed: Familiar with 2D and 3D design software (Auto CAD and NX are Preferred), Familiar with office software (Windows, MS Office)
Strong hands-on ability and experience in on-site problem-solving.
Be familiar with statistical evaluation methods.
Lean experience.
Willing to learn and share PBM® culture
