Key accountabilities
- Assist the events team in documentation preparation and contract follow-up
- Coordinate with the hotel departments to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of client needs
- Provide on-site coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records and system information.
General requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong time management skills
- A strong service mindset and team spirit
- Relevant experience is an advantage
