The Position
主要职责/责任
- Data analysis to support franchise operation excellence, incl. internal and external data analysis (DDI, IQVIA etc.), KPI tracking
- Generate regular sales performance and activity report
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with sales team and other brand relevant departments
- Participate in brand strategy and action plan development and communication with the brand team and cross-functional team
- Provide support to department projects and take initiative in creative ideas of execution excellence
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
- Bachelor above
- Medical, marketing, commerce preferred
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
- Good at Excel, PPT etc.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of Admin support role in Marketing/Sales team in Pharma Industry
- Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese, English as a plus (oral and writing)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
