- Achieve a personal sales target of human resources products / solutions / consulting business, be accountable for personal sales plan and pipeline.
- Exhibit strong discipline on managing personal pipeline and ensuring that the pipeline remains fresh and relevant;
- Identify opportunities and develop them from start to closure, including build up pipeline, maintain potential clients, provide proposal and follow up the contract process. May coordinate with consultants about technical parts of proposal for complicated biding cases.
- Support to determine sales strategy and orientation, including new market development plan, growth plan of existing clients etc., maximize sales effectiveness and leverage resources;
- Contribute to creating compelling value propositions for the market and where necessary, for a specific client, drawing on all of the internal resources and ensuring the clients’ needs are understood and communicated back to the business;
- Ensure that compliance in the use of Mercer’s client relationship management system to ensure accurate data for senior management to track and monitor sale performance;
- Be proficient in Mercer’s methodology, tools and processes ;
- Represent Mercer in the market when required.
