Job Description

Responsible for structural simulation activities for automotive electronic products, including vibration fatigue, thermo-mechanical, and related static simulation analysis.

Load path and cause-effect relationships analysis by simulation, thereby assessing risks for product reliability design or problem solving.

Collaborate with the global experts on simulation competence development and simulation tasks.

Develop new simulation competences based on the project requirement; Take responsibility for standardization and automation of simulation methods.

Provide internal simulation skills training and case sharing for the team and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics, Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.

5+ years of structural simulation work experience (automotive electronics preferred).

Proficient in at least one simulation tool (Ansys / Abaqus, or similar).

Familiar with the testing procedures for vibration, modal, and material constitutive models.

Solid knowledge of fatigue analysis theory, mechanics of materials theory, and finite element fundamentals.

Programming capability in Matlab/Python.

Good communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid engineering judgment; Ability to communicate complex simulation results effectively to cross-functional teams; Self-motivated and capable of independently driving technical deep-dive topics.
