Company Description
Riverstone Properties LLC is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable building solutions. We are currently executing a large-scale industrial project in eastern Mongolia to support mining operations, focusing on integrated processing facilities and infrastructure.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Mongolia. The role focuses on supervising steel structure installation and erection for a major industrial facility. You will ensure that all works align with approved drawings, technical specifications, project timelines, and safety standards while coordinating closely with engineers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily steel structure erection and installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Enforce construction safety standards and site regulations.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction or Site Supervisor specializing in steel structure works.
- Strong knowledge of steel structure fabrication and installation processes.
- Experience in industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in mining or processing.
- Excellent site supervision, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with international construction standards and codes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required.
