A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an assoc product support Engineer- ZF, you will partner with GMF sales team to conduct sample coating, product test and technical service to drive the growth of Zincflake business. In this role, you will report to the product marketing manager-ZF.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Conduct sample coating for customers at Shanghai pilot line, follow up the sample evaluation.
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient workplace.
- Work with colleagues to carry out new product tests, either at pilot line or customer site, prepare test reports.
- Provide on-site technical service to customers, including product testing, trouble-shooting and process optimization.
- Communicate closely with sales team to understand customers' technical requirements, analyze working conditions and formulate customized application process.
- Participate in technical training, workshops and customer activities if needed.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 40 % of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor degree or above), major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or other majors in Science and Engineering.
- 0-1 Year of work experience.
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Quick learning skill.
- Good with people, good with detail.
