Accountabilities
Be accountable for the Prolia/Evenity business(sales and profitability) performance for China market. Optimize team infrastructure / competencies to win the high potential market. Develop strong relationships with China HCPs for market development and brand endorsement.
Responsibilities
-
Lead China Prolia/Evenity sales team and take full responsibility to continually monitor and adjust the business strategy to achieve and exceed China sales goals.

Establish an effective business management system, organize regular business review meetings with regional teams to ensure timely follow-up and feedback on business.

Be responsible for sales team critical projects by monitoring budgeting expenditures, and identifying problems and recommending solutions, ensure timely definition of timelines, milestones and limitations for the projects.

Identify key business partnerships and potential commercial relationships to support revenue growth strategy.

Develop China sales team, build future leadership pipelines and commercial talents; establish and improve the system of personnel training and development to reserve and retain talents.

Develop effective cross-functional communication mechanisms, integrate internal and external resources to drive business development.

Work closely with compliance and investigation teams to ensure business compliance。

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or above (Medication, Pharmacy, Marketing, Commerce preferred).

At least 10 years’ experience in sales management of Pharma MNCs.

Proven record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a matrix environment

Proven strategic thinking and marketing skills to achieve growth and sales targets
