The Impact You'll Make
As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role for new business development, managing key accounts and achieving sales objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal
Develop new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects
Manage key accounts and maintain good customer relationship
Report the account plan, visit report, business review report,monthly report etc.
Cross selling of solution products
Support marketing team for market survey and promotion plan
What We're Looking For
University degree, major in drive technology or power electronics is preferred
At least 5 years experience in sales, or relative working experience
Eager to be successful, willing to take challenge with growth mindset
Strong logic thinking ability, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good customer relationship enhancenment ability
