Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, 10+ years of Java back-end development experience, with at least 2-3-year Enterprise AI technology implementation project experience.
Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into Java or Python project; Practical knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture, including vector search, embedding models; Understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
Understand data organization, data labelling, and vector databases such as Milvus and Redis Stack, familiar with commonly used AI development frameworks and toolchains, such as LangChain4j, Spring AI, and other AI data related technologies.
Master the fundamental theories of AI, be proficient in core machine learning and deep learning algorithms (CNN, RNN, Transformer, etc.), and capable of using frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for model development and training.
Have practical experience in integrating Java and AI models, and can independently complete model interface encapsulation, service calling and data flow.
Understand containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and K8s and have experience in microservice architecture design and deployment.
Have project experience in large model application development, computer vision (OpenCV/OCR), NLP, etc., familiar with project management methodology, and capable of technical solution writing.
Proficient in Java basics and core features (multi-threading, JVM tuning, collection framework, etc.), skilled in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, and have experience in distributed system development.
Familiar with databases such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, good at SQL optimization and cache design, capable of handling massive data scenarios.
Have good code specifications and programming habits and can independently complete module development and unit testing.
Skilled in reading English technical documents, with strong problem analysis and solving abilities.
