Job Responsibilities:
1. As the Project Manager, collaborating with Marketing PM, Marketing PO, R&D, Cost Manager, GCM, GSM, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams to manage new Visuals product kickoff to SS, ensure achievement of TTM (Time-to-Market) targets.
2. Lead cross-functional stakeholders to drive project cost target achievement and optimization, milestone adherence, and business plan execution.
3. Proactively identify and mitigate risks across all project phases to ensure smooth execution and minimize delays.
4. Address technical and operational challenges during product development and manage change requests to maintain project alignment.
5. Ensure successful mass production by managing product data, order windows, risk inventory, and quality control before ramp-up.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage compliance with new product regulations and industry standards.
7. Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership in both Mandarin Chinese and English
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience. Candidates with industry experience in displays, educational large screens, conference large screens, computers or related peripheral products are preferred.
2. Familiar with the development process of new electronic hardware products and project management procedures.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.
4. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
