1.Complete the sales targets set by the company and facilitate the smooth operation of daily retail store operations.
2.Carry out various tasks such as in store product guidance, customer reception services, pre-sales and after-sales consulting services, and ensure good customer satisfaction.
3.Maintain brand culture and ensure that the store environment meets company standards (such as product classification, display, environmental maintenance, etc.).
4.Responsible for basic cleaning work inside and outside the store, actively assisting suppliers in cleaning, organizing, and greening the store environment.
5.Regularly participate in the company's planned and organized vocational training courses to continuously improve work abilities. Strictly abide by sales policies and corporate rules and regulations.
6.Implement standard operating procedures, effectively control retail store expenses, and assist in implementing cost management.
7.Obey the various work tasks assigned by the Area Manager and complete them in a timely manner.
8.Understand and master various sales policies, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities to ensure independent assumption and operation of retail store work.
9.According to the requirements, regularly compile and report store sales data reports.
10.Complete other work tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
