Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Gain an in-depth understanding of business needs in the Americas region, develop talent recruitment strategies, and independently manage the entire process from job posting, talent sourcing and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.

Empower business partners: Collaborate closely with regional leaders of the Americas in China, analyze organizational needs, and provide professional human resources support including team talent review, implementation of performance management systems, employee development and organizational culture building, to help teams achieve goals efficiently.

Manage employee relations: Oversee the full-cycle employee relations management for China-based staff of the Americas region, properly handle employee complaints and disputes, mitigate labor risks, and deliver employee care initiatives.

Promote cross-departmental collaboration: Coordinate with various functional departments to drive project implementation, resolve HR-related issues in cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure smooth communication and efficient collaboration.

To be qualified for this role, we expect you to possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Human Resources, Management, Communication, Psychology or related fields preferred.

5–8+ years of relevant HR work experience, including at least 3 years of HRBP experience; experience in FMCG, retail or related industries is a plus.

Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, able to quickly adapt to business rhythms, accurately identify HR pain points, and deliver actionable solutions.

Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently liaising with relevant functional departments, good at listening to needs, solving problems and driving work delivery.

Meticulous, responsible, proactive and highly execution-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations, with strong risk prevention awareness and the ability to properly handle various employee relations disputes.
