经验/履历 (Working Experience)+5 years of experience in scientific instruments, cell imaging background preferred.
专业技能 (Professional Skills)Strong understanding of biology, biochemistry, genetics, pharmacology, or related fields (depending on specialization).
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP) for drug development, clinical trials, or medical devices.
Familiarity with biotechnology trends (e.g., CRISPR, mRNA vaccines, AI in drug discovery).Strong Leadership and management skills
Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good ability for sales opportunities exploration and management
Good sales channel development and management capability
Communicates effectively internally and externally to push the business
其他如语言计算机能力等(Others such as Language/Computer Skills)Fluent in English (written/spoken); Japanese proficiency is advantageous.
Good command of MS office software application and be capable of CRM software using, ie. Salesforce

1,Achieve annual sales targets by developing business plans, exploring opportunities, and managing customer accounts (payments, complaints).
2,Maintain and grow relationships with key clients while identifying new business opportunities.
3,Collaborate on sales strategies, optimize resource allocation, and manage budgets.
4,Build distributor networks, support activities (seminars, bids, training), and drive market coverage.
5,Prioritize and manage sales pipelines, focusing on high-potential opportunities.
6,Conduct market/competitor analysis and provide actionable insights.
7,Organize customer forums, exhibitions, and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
8,Deliver future plan for life science automation solution.
9,Support sales team members to meet objectives.
10,Ability to troubleshoot scientific challenges (e.g., assay development, clinical trial design).
11,Experience with data analysis tools
12,Stays updated with latest research papers, patents, and breakthroughs.
13,Encourages out-of-the-box thinking for drug discovery or biotech solutions.
