Position Overview
On behalf of Magna International and all the Groups, providing business development, customer connection and other supports for maintaining relationship and generating new businesses at customers as appropriate and as requested.
Job Responsibility
- Support the execution of customer strategy study and identify key customers

Serve as the interface for dedicated customers to ensure Magna is well represented via identification of needs, informing the Groups of their needs and supporting/coordinating Groups in addressing them.

Identify and maintain regular communication with managerial levels at dedicated OEM customers and other Magna Partner or potential partners.

Commercial/Pricing Strategy
- Identify customer timelines for new programs to ensure Groups are informed well in advance of RFQ's being issued, and align them as necessary in the specifics of quotation system

Conduct "Pre-RFQ” activity to ensure Magna Groups are well positioned for the RFQ Process and targeted awards

Collaborate with Groups to define their annual new bookings targets

Conduct regular meetings as necessary with Group stakeholders in China to ensure alignment on strategy and information, achieving cross-Group synergies

Coordinate with groups to solve cross Group commercial issues

Cross Group Alignment/Technology Alignment
- Cross communication and focus on leadership messaging alignment

Manage Strategic dialog session with customers and identify areas of opportunity for Magna groups

Ensure Magna is on the right programs with the right technology

Take care cross group legal agreements

New Product/Program Development
- Monitor new energy vehicle development and sourcing plan

Understand customer profile, government policy, contribute insight and ideas to support trend and opportunity analysis.

Perform other duties as required.

Reasonably judge, identify, and properly handle all the personal information involved in work, and to learn and master the relevant policies and procedures for Magna's data privacy and personal information management.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Education
-
Preferable majoring in engineering.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Work Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Program Management or Key Account Management. Experience working with OEMs is preferred.

Have existing connection with COEM is preferred.
Managerial Experience
-
Not required. Project leadership or cross-functional coordination experience preferred.
