Scheme Design and Overall Layout : Independently complete the general layout design of skids in accordance with the PSA process package, PFD/PID drawings and client requirements.
Specialized Piping System Design : Take charge of the full set of design for all process pipelines, auxiliary pipelines, safety valve discharge lines and inlet/outlet nozzles within PSA skids.
Coordination with Design Institutes : Compile inquiry documents for skid design, participate in and review skid design work conducted by design institutes, and approve detailed design drawings and documents.
Cross-departmental Collaboration & Management : Liaise with process, equipment, instrumentation, electrical control and other relevant disciplines to align design requirements and resolve interdisciplinary issues. Cooperate with procurement and manufacturing departments to conduct technical disclosure, answer technical inquiries regarding pipelines and skids during production, optimize manufacturing processes and reduce production difficulties.
Supplier & Project Management : Coordinate technical communication with skid fabricators and valve suppliers, and clarify design standards and delivery schedules. Track project milestones, update design progress in a timely manner, and handle project changes, technical upgrades and other related tasks.
On-site Commissioning : Travel to project sites as required to guide skid installation, piping connection, pressure testing, purging and other on-site work.
