Job Requirement:
1. Ensure business operations are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and internal group compliance policies.
2. Review, optimize and implement internal compliance processes and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
3. Advise the businesses and functions with regard to the risk that particular processes and controls are inadequate to ensure compliance;
4. Monitor the effectiveness of the processes and associated controls on a risk-based basis, including compliance risk assurance, AML, data privacy and protection, sanction checking process;
5. Oversee regulatory reporting submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency, including reviewing, commenting and preparing regulatory reports.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all reporting obligations, including retail teams.
7. Ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations and handle related risk issues.
8. Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to business
9. Deliver compliance training and promote compliance culture across teams.
Key Requirement:
1 Minimum 5–8 years of experience in insurance compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles, preferably within multinational insurers.
2. Solid understanding of China insurance regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
3. Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, risk event management, SOP optimization, and internal controls.
4. Proven ability to partner with business teams and providde practical compliance solution.
