Responsible for the server product structure development process, working closely with ODM manufacturers and internal and external resources, including demand analysis, complete machine solutions, design modeling, introduction of new materials, component mold trial processing, testing and production introduction, etc., to achieve product development delivery time and quality requirements 3. Continuously build technical capabilities in the field of structures, formulate technical specifications and standards related to server structures, and provide guidance for product design and production be responsible for the selection and supplier management of server structural parts, ensuring that the quality, cost and delivery cycle of structural parts meet project requirements 4. Responsible for all trial mold work in the mold opening stage of structural parts, and complete the specification confirmation of the mold responsible for verification analysis of functionality/reliability of chassis structural parts, confirm specifications of structural parts, solve problems in product structure, and track the manufacturing of designed products, on-site assembly, debugging, etc.
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, mechanical engineering and other related majors 2. Have more than 5 years of experience in server structural design, solid basic knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing, and be familiar with the structural design specifications and standards of the server industry 3. Proficient in CAD, CAM, CAE and other design and analysis software, such as SolidWorks, ProE, ANSYS, etc. 4. Rigorous, pragmatic, conscientious and meticulous excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to withstand pressure proactively manage, solve problems and promote problem resolution.
