What this job involves:
To take the lead in sourcing and identifying new, sizable business opportunities and bring revenue initiatives to the team.
To prepare and maintain a BD tracker of clients targeted and progress updates.
To conduct transactions including leasing, landlord re, asset sale etc. and achieve revenue target.
To report on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients;
To create business opportunities by developing existing client relationship and assisting the line manager to win new clients.
To participate and assist senior colleague(s) to complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
To report to line manager on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
To response to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
To attend internal trainings and meetings.
To ensure market coverage is maximized.
To ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client.
Other tasks as required / delegated.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
You will have strong client relationships with Fortune 500 MNCs, preferably developed at the regional level. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of completing major logistical and industrial leasing transactions at the regional level with these clients.
Experienced in leasing transactions
Do you have at least 10 years plus of experience in industrial and logistical leasing? Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running? Your passion in cultivating new contacts and leveraging on your existing contacts will be integral in helping the business grow its market share in China. A go-getter at heart, you aim to excel in this competitive leasing space while creating a strong positive impression in the market.
A team player
While you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the team to service clients with large requirements.
