Participate in new product development and provide constructive suggestions to optimize product design and manufacturability. Assist supervisors with project schedule tracking, sample follow-up, and related tasks. Support production line technical issue analysis.
What You Will Do

Participate in new product s development and provide constructive suggestions to optimize product design and manufacturability.
2.
Assist supervisors with project progress tracking and sample follow-up
3.
Assist in project testing, failure analysis, and related tasks.
4.
Support analysis of technical issues on the production line.
5.
Communicate with internal departments on technical matters.
6.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- BS i n an engineering discipline, Major in optic s, electronic, mechanical etc.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a process engineer (3+years for academies)
- Optical design, epoxy applying, laser welding and OSA Process ENG work experience
- OSA test, assembly experience.
- Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems.
- Basic computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets.
- Project management experience.
- Good communication, good teamwork, self-study ability
What Will Put You Ahead

Familiarity with database development, SPC software, and design of experiments.
- Good interpersonal skills sufficient to provide guidance to less experienced engineer.
