Sales Performance: Acquire new contract customers and maintain renewing clients, achieve
personal sales targets, and contribute to team sales goals.
- Lead Identification & Qualification: Conduct market research to identify potential customers
and understand their needs/preferences; generate leads via cold calls, emails, social media
and other channels.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships to
ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Provide excellent customer service by promptly
responding to inquiries and resolving issues/concerns. Conduct regular follow-ups to meet
customer needs and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Take the initiative to contact customers, strengthen the
relationship between customers and the company, and address customer issues in a timely
manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
- New Customer Acquisition: Continuously develop new customers and understand the diverse
needs of different clients.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Accurately record sales activities and outcomes. Analyze sales
data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Adapt to changes in the sales environment, handle objections
from potential customers, resolve customer issues, and provide solutions that meet their
needs.
- CRM System Usage: Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage
potential customers, track sales activities, and report performance.
