A key member of the Procurement Supply Resilience team in APAC, working in a team of 4( in China), reporting to Procurement Supply Resilience Team lead Gr. China and based in Henkel Shanghai Office together with the Category procurement team and other Business stakeholders.

Highly visible within the Procurement & Operations Regional leadership.

Ability to explore opportunities within Category Procurement, Operations, Business roles.
- Procurement Supply Resilience team member responsible for managing plant(s) in Gr. China.

Drives Supply Resilience agenda with cross functional stakeholders to optimize the end2end value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier performance level with proactive supplier engagements, supplier quality level & Raw / Packs inventory & consignment stock.

Responsible for Supply Resilience KPI’s in the regions for Risk Management, Disruption management, Supplier Performance and Total supply chain cost.

Leads global documentation & reporting on supply disruptions to ensure supply continuity by managing all supply issues, critical shortages & Force Majeure’s, avoiding out of stock scenario & impact on Henkel customers.

Supports the sourcing categories in bringing contractual agreements to a higher level of maturity and standardization with regards to proactive risk mitigation scenarios & initiatives, operational performance and supply chain optimization (Minimum Order Quantity, Incoterm, Lead Time).

Enhance usage of digital tools & Power-BI dashboards on supplier performance, supply disruption and proactive risk mitigation & Tier-1 data.
- College Degree, preferably in supply chain or Business.

3 years sourcing &/or Supply chain experience beneficial.

Project management skills beneficial.

Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.

Agile & flexible to adapt with dynamic business /market environments.

Ability to quickly gain cross material category knowledge.

Strong communications skills with the ability to present to procurement regional leadership team.

Ability to manage varying levels of business expectations from multiple business units & stakeholders.
