Key Accountabilities
- Facility Operation & Maintenance Coordination Accountability: Coordinate daily operation and maintenance of plant facilities and equipment to match all production shifts. Purpose: Deliver full on-site support and ensure stable operation of physical assets.
- Fault & Hazard Management Accountability: Oversee equipment inspection, breakdown resolution and hazard checks, and maintain standard records. Purpose: Reduce unexpected failures, mitigate production and safety risks.
- Engineering & Maintenance Works Accountability: Follow up on equipment repair, renovation and scheduled maintenance projects. Purpose: Ensure all engineering tasks are delivered on schedule.
- Reporting & Admin Support Accountability: Compile operational data, submit regular reports and assist with daily department management. Purpose: Provide accurate data for management and standardize internal workflows.
- Cross-department Liaison Accountability: Act as the main contact to coordinate issues between Facilities, Production and other teams. Purpose: Improve communication efficiency and keep production running smoothly.

- On-time completion rate of inspection and maintenance tasks
- Production downtime caused by facility issues
- Effectiveness of cross-team collaboration
- Emergency response capability for facility incidents
- Service satisfaction from internal teams
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Familiar with daily operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of factory facilities and electromechanical equipment.
- Master basic knowledge of facility maintenance work procedures
- Proficient in common office software for data recording and document sorting
Leadership Competence:
- Lead on-site problem solving and provide timely professional support to team members.
- Coach colleagues on work standards and troubleshooting skills.
Relevant Experience:
- Experienced in facility operation, equipment troubleshooting and daily coordination.
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
- Good English reading & writing skills.
