- Drive sales performance in the assigned key segment (Banking industry) to achieve PDSS sales targets. Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Manage distributors and support partners to grow business. Maintain existing sales channels and develop new ones to expand market coverage.
- Collaborate with product marketing and supporting teams to develop segment-specific channel programs and initiatives.
- Execute projects effectively by leveraging internal and external resources. Build strong, preferred partnerships with assigned customers, including segment clients and end users.
- Provide training and education to customers and partners on products and solutions to enhance their understanding and adoption.
- University degree, major in electrical engineering or automation;
- 10 years and above relevant experience in Assembly with leadership attributes;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs as Excel, Word, Power Point;
- Willing to work hard and face challenge.
