Your main task is to develop the market in China and serve qualified high-end clients and distributors in order to continuously expand the company’s presence within the machine tool industry. Acting as the primary point of contact for machine tool manufacturing and sales companies, you will be responsible for strategic client alignment, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and strengthening the company’s market influence. Furthermore, you will conduct market and industry trend research as well as related analyses to support strategic decision-making and business development activities. In addition, you will provide customer support within the subsidiary and ensure smooth handling of operational and service-related matters. In close cooperation with and reporting directly to the General Manager in China, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams across departments to ensure smooth project execution, including bidding processes, technical support, and related activities. You will also engage in negotiations with senior executives of key industry enterprises to establish strategic partnerships and identify long-term cooperation opportunities. Customer visits and representing the company at industry exhibitions require flexibility and readiness to travel throughout China.
