As a QA Inspector based in Suzhou, you will safeguard product quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection. What You Will Do 工作 职责
- Inspect incoming materials according to inspection standards and specifications 按照 检验规范对供应商来料进行检验
- Verify dimensions, appearance, and functionality of connector components, including terminals, housings, shells, contacts, and packaging materials 对连接器端子,胶芯,外壳,包装材料等进行尺寸及外观确认
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, and microscopes 使用卡尺,千分尺,高度 规,投影仪等测量工具进行检测
- Complete inspection reports and maintain inspection records 填写来料 检验报告并完成检验记录
- Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials 对不合格来料进行标识,隔离及异常反馈
- Conduct routine production line inspections according to inspection plans 按巡 检计划进行生产现场巡检
- Monitor product quality during assembly and packaging processes 检查组装等工序品质状态
- Perform first-article inspections and verify product quality after changeovers or setup adjustments 确 认首件修模后的产品符合要求
- Verify critical process parameters and control points 监督关键工艺参数执行情况
- Escalate quality issues and stop production when necessary to prevent defects 发现异常及时停线,反馈并跟踪改善
- Perform final product inspections according to sampling plans 按抽 样标准进行成品检验
- Verify product appearance, dimensions, functionality, labeling, and packaging 检查产品外观,尺寸,功能及包装
- Ensure products meet customer specifications before shipment 执行出货前质量确认
- Prepare outgoing inspection reports and release documentation 编制出货检验报告
- Record and maintain inspection data accurately 完成 检验数据录入和统计分析
- Ensure traceability of inspection records 维护质量记录的完整性和可追溯性
- Support Quality Engineers in root cause analysis and corrective actions 配合 质量工程师进行异常分析与纠正措施
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality enhancement projects 参与持 续改善活动
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 任 职要求(基本资格)
- Junior college (associate) degree or above 大 专以上学历
- Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in the connector industry 3 年以上 连接器行业质量检验经验
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, microscopes) 熟 练使用卡尺,千分尺,高度规,投影仪,显微镜等精密测量工具
