Manager, Digital Programs is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives that support business growth in the China market. - Program Management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of key programs in China.
- Ensure programs are aligned with global strategy and local business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with China business leadership, global IT, and external vendors.
- Manage communication and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early; implement mitigation plans.
- Escalate issues with transparency and propose solutions.
- Financial & Resource Management
- Track program budgets and resources.
- Optimize allocation of project teams and vendor support.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Support business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
- Deliver training, communications, and change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Performance Tracking
- Define and monitor KPIs for program success.
