Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
Overall Responsibilities
This role encompasses two key responsibilities. First, serving as the process owner for Centric Brands’ vendor portal, Infor Nexus, including onboarding and training new users, acting as the primary escalation point for system support issues, and participating in UAT and system enhancement initiatives. Second, leading the Direct Shipment team by overseeing end-to-end order execution, ensuring timely and accurate shipment document processing, driving continuous process improvements, and developing team capabilities to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
Infor Nexus Vendor Onboarding & Training
- Manage new vendor onboarding and coordinate system setup activities
- Plan and deliver Infor Nexus training programs for vendors, factories and Centric Brands employees
- Supervise and leverage team resources for training execution in different time zones
- Coordinate with subject matter experts in Asia and North America to enhance training materials and effectiveness
- Maintain training records and knowledge repositories
Infor Nexus Escalations & Continuous Improvement
- Act as the escalation point of contact for system-related issues impacting supply chain processes including Purchase Orders, Shipment Booking, Carton Label Printing, Packing List, Invoice and ASN.
- Manage central escalation mailbox, assign tasks to team members
- Monitor service provider’s performance against agreed service levels, identify recurring issues or delayed responses, and escalate areas of concern to management for improvement
- Coordinate and resolve data transmission failures between SAP and Infor Nexus
- Collect and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for system and process improvement
- Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation initiatives and collaborate with IT team in North America
- Ensure alignment between system functionality and operational requirements
Direct Shipment Management
- Lead the Direct Ship team in managing end-to-end order processes, including shipping documentation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution
- Oversee daily shipping operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of direct ship orders in compliance with customer requirements and company standards
- Monitor order flow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve operational issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and IT teams to improve workflows
- Develop, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational and system-related issues
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team with total 5 associates to enhance performance and capability
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity

Additional Requirements
Tertiary education- Relevant experience in supply chain with focus on vendor management, purchase orders, booking, shipping and trade documentation for shipments from Asia to North America and Europe
- Strong system proficiency, with experience using ERP, order management, and supply chain platforms; able to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
- Proven experience in system training, user onboarding, or change management activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the confidence and ability to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training programs.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in apparel and accessories industry, and in serving major brands and retailers is a plus
- Flexibility on working with partners in different time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Independent, self-motivated, and good team player
