Key Responsibilities
1. 熟悉行政办公、库存管理、采购管理、财务管控、供应商协调管理及活动支持各项内容。
2. 根据服务中心工作内容职责,协助经理完成日常营运及管理
3. 行政管理:协助和管理服务中心员工完成各服务线工作内容,确保服务质量达到客户标准
4. 库存管理:需要对所有文具进行盘点,及时进行订购,确保日常营运正常
5. 账单管理:每月核对行政服务中心管理的供应商账单明细,并进行成本分摊,按时提交所有费用进行审批,确保所有供应商费用准时支付。
6. 采购管理:按照每周需求提交物品采购申请,确保及时审批完成,并进行记录
7. 报告输出:按时完成行政服务相关的所有报告,不可延迟提交或缺失文件
8. 执行力:任务在规定时间内按时按质完成,达到预期。经理/客户需求及时解决不推诿
9. 行为规范:严格按照客户方要求遵守考勤制度和行为规范,如需要外出或请假,需提前2个工作日,告知上级经理,批准后方可执行。
10. 工作态度:工作状态稳定、态度积极、无个人情绪,团队协作。
11. 客户投诉:注重客户满意度,工作无投诉产生
12. 客户响应:针对经理/客户临时需求和突发状况,能够及时响应并妥善处理
13. 学习能力:善于积极思考业务提升和改进方式,提出合理化建议
14. 管理能力:需要熟悉服务中心工作内容的全流程,对Helpdesk及收发室的日常工作流程清晰了解,且能管理团队,并在必要时替班顶岗。
