- Assist to project specification definition.
- Contributes to successful project completion by participating in the resolution of issues such as conflict design requirements, some technique issues.
- Better understand design procedure, new technologies and engineering techniques.
- Design, develop, justify and guide the installation of new Engineering concept for comprehensive overall improvement including use of statistical tools.
- Assist in determining projective objectives to contribute to the development of a comprehensive project design.
- Provide technical leadership to a small group of temporary assigned engineers and technicians.
- Be responsible for appropriate prototype testing and evaluating of products, parts, equipment, tools and systems, along with necessary corrective follow-up.
- Direct preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects. Ensure successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints. Participate in defining engineering approaches including the planning and scheduling work.
- Prepare and write engineering articles for trade and technical publications, present papers and prepare patent disclosures and patent information.
- Be involved into unique customer applications, in process issues control and problem solving, warranty issue.
- Be familiar with product standards and R&D procedures, such as Prolaunch procedure, and finish every step of a project strictly according to it. "
