Role description & Responsibilities
As a part of Value Wide sales team, you will drive the business together with EAST VARs to achieve our business objectives, build a profitable, sustainable and differentiated ecosystems.
Your responsibilities include the following:
- Initiate marketing and sales plan to achieve territory sales quota
- Support Partners in improving their business operations model& managing sales capacity
- Engage in key opportunities with the Partner providing expertise and support
- Develop and implement territory VAR coverage and capacity plan
- Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused DS solutions
- Follow up on the topic and review Partner business plan on a regularly fixed meetings
- Coach Partners through all the business cycle from demand creation, engagement to closing.
- Provide sales reports including VAR Pipeline, Forecast and other KPIs
- Communicate effectively with VAR's in implementing sales strategies appropriately integrating VAR resources in the sales process and implementation plan.
